Oh that's easy, Corley wins. Enforcing a DeCSS ban in a world of Anarcho-Capitalism
would be astronomically expensive, it would cost more than all the profits of every
movie ever made, you'd never be able to pay a PPA enough to make it a law.
To be honest enforcing a DeCSS ban would cost a hell of a lot even in the would
we have today so don't worry about it.

Doesn't matter. It cost Corley nothing to distribute DeCSS and it would cost
MPAA a lot to destroy each copy, thus it's not against the law. Money rules!
