If there=E2=80=99s no block reward, there=E2=80=99s no Bitcoin, so that=E2=80=
=99s moot. But setting that aside. The business model of the state is to pre=
serve the reward it obtains from its own money. This is the reason for curre=
ncy controls, which are common.
