I don't think release announcements are really appropriate for the bitcoin-=
dev=20
mailing list. People who want these can subscribe to the bitcoin-core-dev l=
ist=20
and/or the Core announce mailing list. Maybe sending to bitcoin-discuss wou=
ld=20
also make sense, but not bitcoin-dev...
