Am I missing something here? Where is the joy in rape? My view has always
been that rape is driven not by seeking and attaining joy but by rage. I'm
not at all well-read on rapists, but that's my impression. Personally
speaking, I have never found the thought of raping someone anything other
than repulsive. I'm not clear whether others here are saying that they
personally *want* to rape--but refrain (as one person seems to say)--or
that they believe humans have an in-built desire to rape. If the latter, I
deny it and ask for evidence. I think rape is an aberration produced by
rage. Rape has nothing to do with degree of sexual desire.
Puzzled and feeling rather revolted,
Max
