Tegmark's theory is actually much neater, with far fewer wild
assumptions than Tipler's theory (which requires a rather unusual
boundary condition for no particular reason). Tegmark just suggests
that everything possible exists, rather than that just some special
universes exist as suggested by Tipler or that just one very special
universe exist (as single world models suggest). They all need to work
on the testability and falsifiability parts, though.
