Right spot on, precisely so, yes indeed, because science can tell us what we can
do, and biological cues tell us what we ought to do. Combining the "what" with
the "why" (and, btw, thanks to everyone who contributed input from both
directions), provides a solid basis from which to make policy decisions. The
time has come to replace moralism ("Cultural Studies" arrogates the
postmodernist subset of that dreary subject) with scientific decision making
based on real life needs.
