Answer
After having verified that this was actually a serious question, the answer
is yes, of course you can. It's your property after all. You can do on it
whatever you like. (Except offend the Head Cheese of course.) We also asked
the gentleman in question that, if he manages to do it, we would like to be
the first to know.
