After nearly a year's hiatus, I re-started as a blood products
donor (platelet's) (American Red Cross) this past weekend. It's
easy for those of us with busy schedules to forget the basics
sometimes. Platelet donors can give every two weeks, and it's a
simple way to spend a lazy hour or so on a rainy Sat morning.
Let's share our excellent extropian health with others.
I have the excellent advantage of being rather large, so I can give
double batches.
I've also signed up to take the American Red Cross class on
community first aid and CPR this weekend. Why not make ourselves
more valuable to friends, family and community?
