Yes, political power should come at the cost of privacy. That's the
trade you make when you accept the position; like the people on the
Dutch show "Big Brother" you'd better be prepared to live with
cameras 24 hs a day for the duration of your term. Of course the
state's lesser servants, like cops for example, should be monitored
too, though somewhat less extensively. Hence the gun cams etc.
