I think that was one of the best explainations of how we could lose ourself
in uploading - most people just say - hey what happens to my soul?

my training in being in the moment thinks that the scariest part is that the
"immediate me" would actually change, and I would be "not me" - but not know
it!

the optimistic part of me like the idea of backup copies
