Perhaps not. I didn't live in such a world, so I can't know. I do know that
crime concentrates in "civilized" places more than in hunter-gatherer
societies.

No, I think Michael Lorrey's point makes very good sense: Hunters get it out
of their system, and this results in them living more compassionate and
gentle lives.
