This doesn't look kosher:

The phrase "usually experience dramatic increases in stock values" is
such a blatant invitation to lawsuits that, even if this is a real
company, nobody would ever agree to take it public now. Of course, I'm
not a lawyer, standard disclaimers, yada yada.
