I don't know if this would work at all.. I really don't understand
meteorology that well, but what would happen if you took millions of
basketball sized spheres, maybe larger, and maybe billions of them. These
spheres would be completely hollow, in fact, a vacuum on the inside. Upon
entering the storm, small holes on the spheres would open, allowing air, and
energy, to rush in, sucking it from the storm. Maybe this idea is laughable,
I'm going on folk-meteorology.
