I hate to bring this up again since obviously I don't have time to be
replying to this post, but...
Control is definately not just dendrites and synapses as Cameron Reilly
suggests. When you recognize your programming and then alter your own
programming you create control. The motive force that tells you to change
the programming is desire. Desire comes from emotion. The changing of your
programming complexes things then recomplexes things as you continue to
change them based on your desire to do so that came from an emotional erge
that in all creates the emergent property of free will.
