This lack of need however does not exclude the possibility that the
government may attempt to play a role in the nano arena. Who will regulate
is an imparative question, who will set the guidelines? The President as you
well know is aware of nanotechnology and it's implications. (see Chapter 1
of Ed Regis-Nano) I think it should be noted that we or some sect of we,
should prepare ahead of time to avoid this.
