(e) - deliberately constructed nanoweapons. I'm not ecstatic about (f)
but I don't visualize anyone being that dumb.
Bear in mind that "not-quite-so-sane" includes, basically, the entire
U.S. government somebody was so ecstatic about having gotten on board...
