This week's Aviation Week has a wicked cool article on
tiny flying machines. They talk about these little
guys that easily fit in the palm of one's hand, and carry
tiny cameras to observe one's battlefield adversary. Think
of the cool games we could play with some of those!
The coolest part was a tiny silicon turbine. The rotor
is 4 mm diameter. And spins at over half a million (!) RPM.
