Oh, you can already have your machine confiscated and inspected if
you're suspected trafficking in warez. Nothing what a crypto file
systems can't take care of, though. I recently saw on COLA a patch
which encrypts/decrypts (using Blowfish?) your $HOME at login.

How do you supposed to find this out if the traffic is crypted at IP
level and multiple transparently forwarding proxies are used? What's
the point of pushing an unenforcible legislation.
