Don't take this the wrong way or anything, but I bet the list would be
better served by immediate expulsion of offenders, with no extended
judgement and little justification. You're taking this too seriously.
Everyone knows what an offending post is. Warn, then expel. It's not
an irreversible judgement, and no matter how badly you screw up, you
can't hurt anyone.
