It seems the abolishment of imprisonment for nonviolent crimes would open up a
lot of money for treatment programs for violent crime convicts, I saw a show
on it, and programs like building computers and things inside prisons really
seem to work well, divert the focus. Its this "hard on crime" thing thats so
hypocritical, and the studies would seem to indicate alternatives are better.
