Depends on how deep the target is. I don't have my penetration figures
handy, but I recall that penetrating very deep targets rapidly turns into an
exercise in building gigantic bombs. Of course, there are lots of other
ways to approach the problem, on both sides - I just wanted to point out
that moving mountains doesn't require any exotic technology.
