The State of Vermont drivers license has no photo in it. You can get one that does, if you
need to go out of state, but the standard drivers license, sans photo, is acceptable in all
bars in Vermont. Likewise, many college ID's which have a photo and include a clearly
discernable date of birth can in some jurisdictions be an acceptable ID, and any military
ID, which has no address information at all, just your name, SSN, blood type, branch of
service, rank, and DOB, with your photo, is mandated to be accepted in all US jurisdictions
as proper ID.
