But do they have the codes to exploit it? Dire TFlop'ses are cheap: Alpha
Beowulves, or DSP clusters are easy enough to build, but writing the
codes to exploit it is another story. (As India), China has sure got
the manpower potential, if proper mechanisms to skim off the geniuses
are in place. Somehow, I doubt it.
