You know, I'm sure that my question made sense to me when I
asked it, but . . .
(I dunno, maybe I was thinking of disputes over whether an entity
is actually asking for rights or not, or about how to determine what
each entity's rights are. Or maybe I just had too much LDS back
in the '60's.)
