Thanks for the advice, but I actually got this meme
from Jim Halperin who impressed upon me how
the destructive capabilities of the single individual
have increased so dramatically with technology.
True, his work was fiction, but the idea didn't strike me
as silly. And it seemed to me that the more intelligent
one is, the more one would be able to utilize technology
for harmful purposes. I do probably watch too much TV
though so you may be right.
