I always worry about science when people talk about the man rather than
"the theory" sternberg is a popular writer. that is, however, quite
independent of science.
Sternberg is definately not "the theory" - that honour must go to the
london school of intelligence research. With a continuous record of
scientific advance from Spearman through, Eysenck, and Jensen to what is
now a very diverse and powerful research program: progressive in the
Lakatos sense.
