I notice you avoided answering my question; this is probably
because you have none. Also, as long as air and groundwater do
not recognize property boundary lines, a gun SHOULD be held
(figuratively speaking) to my head if I act IRresponsibly and persist
in fouling everyone's nest by shamelessly releasing pollutants on
