Specify containment. An AI in total containment is useless, an AI that
is not incommunicado is free, soon. (Unless it's about human level, or
even dumber).

P.S Btw, this whole idea of AI being 'programmed' and executing 'code'
seems somewhat laughable in A.D. 1998. There's no difference between data
and code in an advanced architecture. There's very little
'programming' to be found there, as well.
