If I'm allowed to be greedy, the logical choice would seem to be the ability
to upload coupled with the ability to access superior heuristics. The
result would be weak superintelligence. Then I'd be in a much better
position to determine and develop any other technologies I might want. Sort
of the "wishing for more wishes" trajectory. :)
