I don't recall David Friedman advocating an abrupt change to Anarcho
Capitalism. In fact, I'm not aware of him making any attempt to
propose a transition from our current situation to Anarcho Capitalism.
This is what is lacking in his writings. I'm still waiting for
someone to make a decent proposal. I suppose slowly selling off all
of the governments assets and repaying previous tax payers is a good
start. If your saying Popper has made a decent proposal for this
transition, I'd like the references so I could read him. I've been
waiting for this.
