I would terminate me. I'd do it immediately after
the upload process before I had a chance to be
conscious, otherwise I might get confused.

The real "movers and shakers" could still be
physical. It all depends on which costs more -
simulated mind, senses, and environment, or
simulated mind operating in the real world. The
overhead on simulating the environment might make
being "physical" a healthy advantage.
