I spent a year contemplating this question. It is one of the deepest
spritual issues. It is the issue of Quarantine.
It is my belief that the answer to this issue relates to holistic
perception over spacetime and levels of group mind.
In Extropian terms, at what point in the evolution of life on Earth
would you have intervened and provided boosting were you a
post-Escalation/Spike/Singularity being? Immediately, unless some
version of Tipler were correct.
