The technical impediments to distributing information are long
dead; what remains are the legal impediments, chiefly copyright
law. The most extropic thing one can do for the future now is
work to eliminate those impediments. After all, it doesn't
matter how easy it is to get and distribute information if they
take you to court for doing it.
