Here's my list, Nick:

1. Isn't transhumanism tampering with nature?

2. Won't transhuman technologies make us inhuman?

3. Isn't death part of the natural order of things?

4. Won't extended lifespans cause overpopulation problems?

5. Will only the rich and powerful have access to augmentation?

Note that some of these questions have been addressed fairly well in the FAQs
you'll find at Alcor's and Extropy Institute's web sites.
