The Mob has offered this for some time. You tell them who is making you
suffer, pay them a lot of money, and they make the source of suffering end
up in concrete galoshes..
As far as doctor-assisted suicide, etc. I feel that the doctor has probably
gotten a ton of money from the sufferer by this point, so the final coup de
grace should be free or nominal cost.
