Not necessarily. I could add Robin's address(es) to
the aliases file which would allow his posts to get
through without bouncing. If the sending address
isn't on the list of subscribers or aliases, they
aren't automatically deleted, they bounce to me for
approval. If the message isn't obviously spam and the
list address isn't just in the Cc: field, I will
likely add the address to the aliases file.
