I'm quite sure that Nanotech will be first. Uploading seems like an
extremely complicated thing to do, and I would even say that from
today's point of view, it cannot be proven that it is possible at all
(if anybody has proven it - I'd love to read about it to improve my
argumentation against dualists and the like)...
