Depends on his or her education. An educated capitalist knows that oppression leads to stagnation and that cooperation leads to success. In the end, not the political or economic label matters. What matters is the education of the power elite. The best (least oppressive, most supportive of education) *political* system would be anarcho-socialism, but this is so far from reality that even the singularity seems closer and discussing it is therefore only of philosophical relevance.
