There are some of us who have considered it a liberal propaganda
rag for years...just pick any article on health care policy over
the last few years. It wouldn't surprize me a bit for them to
come out with an article on the dangers of cloning.
The one thing it's still good at--and the one reason I still
buy one now and then--is that they have damned good writers, and
can make the basics of new technologies understandable and
interesting to those outside the field. But that's really
entertainment, not science. SO if you consider them to be what
they are--a polular entertainment magazine--they're fine. But
a rigorous scientific journal they are not.
