How about totalitarian imposition of libertarian anarchy?(remember, the
original US Constitution was imposed in such a way)

Unfortunately for that plan, it fails to take into account that its far
easier to make the better world for yourself if you try to make the world
better for everyone, than by butting your head against the wall.
