Back when San Jose's PBS station was regularly running "The Prisoner",
I had the complete Number 6 outfit, but that's a little obscure these
days. I'll have to wait for McGoohan to make a movie or something
before I can use that costume, which I consider to represent the
ultimate transhuman: a man trapped, tortured, and tempted, but who
refused to sacrifice his mind, his goals, his chosen identity.
