Absent a moderated list, I see no way the threads can be kept
100% sorted. Absent 100% self-discipline on the part of all list
members, including any newbie replying, nonlabeled threads are the
default.
Not complaining, just assessing.
Should we see if "BASIC" is a label that can be semi-automated? Shouldn't
take much more than an Eliza-class routine: <interrogative> + <element of
topic list> ==> BASIC label... 1/2 :) Arkuat could probably code it in an
afternoon. :) Making it work right might be a career... :) :)
