There is actually something called 'the caveman diet', developed by
an immunologist, with which I am periodically threatened when I become
too neglectful of my own. I understand that it is nearly impossible to
follow outside of moving to a special clinic in Texas where they
(I suppose) do the hard labor of skinning the mastadons in the courtyard
and lightly singing them for consumption. Nuts, twigs and spring water.
No pesticides, processed foods, everything raw.
