     Hi all,
     
     I wish to learn a nice, BRIEF understanding of "truth maintenance" as
     it applies to knowledge-based or expert systems programming. I know
     it's considered a form of artificial intelligence (essentially
     spinning it with a different term since AI doesn't have a nice
     ringable smack to it with the general public..or so I'm told).
     
     Any recommended URLs out there? I'm essentially looking for quick and
     concise here. I don't wish to nor do I have time to read in depth.
