To me this is not quite right. Art is creativity without need for
justification. I also have greater appreciation for art expressed
by an artist who is good a expressing or conveying tha art.
Massive creativty may occur within the mind of an artisy, but
unless the artist can find a way to express it to me, I cannot
evaluate the result. Some artists may not care, and others may
find an audience with whome they can communicate, but that
doesn't reach me. I'm willing to invest some time to educate
myself to appreciate a particular artist or class of artists,
but my time budget for this is limited.
