The Usenet group comp.software.year-2000 was created for discussing
these issues, has a FAQ, and is fairly active. That is the best
place for discussion of this issue (unless, of course, you have some
particular extropian take on the idea, like maybe proposing a data
storage format that handles long times and relativistic issues well
for scheduling the far side party).
