How, then, do you explain that 77% of the electricity in France is
generated by nuclear power? Are they not "the public"? Or did you mean
the public in the United States? It seems to me that French people are
not so utterly different from Americans, and that a power source which
is so widely accepted there does have prospects of being more used in
the U.S. as well.
