I have occasionally had to interview people, and I don't feel that I
have been very successful at it. Good interviewing (on both sides of
the table) is extremely important these days. It can give a tremendous
competitive advantage if you can identify the superior candidates in
hiring. Anybody here willing to offer suggestions or books which help
teach these skills?
