Anarchy or agoriarchy can have corporations. Any business partnership
that informs all of its customers--say, by having "Inc." in the name
as required by our system--is then making a contract offer to a fully
informed adult that says "by doing business with this company, you are
freely agreeing to limit any potential liability this company might bear
to the assests of the company, not to the total assests of all of its
owners." If the customer doesn't like that, he can buy from Fred's
Widgets instead of WidgetCo, Inc. No coercion, no government, but still
a limited liability corporation in a free market.
