Is your argument that a corporation necessarily requires a settled law
of business organizations? If so, then its certainly possible under
Friedman's model (i.e., privately-produced corporate law).
If not, then are you arguing that without *governmental recognition* of
the corporate entity a corporation cannot exist? If so, as I've argued
before, this is merely a legal fiction and has no real-world
significance other than tax-filing benefits -- a moot point in anarchy.
